Supporting in implementation and maintenance of, at any time, relevant Group and Operational reporting package.
Supporting commercial operation in its strives for operational excellence (implementation of relevant KPI reporting, relevant commercial analysis including benchmarking)
Support stakeholders through corporate Financial Analysis and Decision Support documentation (relevant standard financial reporting package including processes for ad hoc investigation upon request).
Support to stakeholders monitoring SLA’s, financial milestones and critical interfaces in pre-market processes (range plan build, Supply chain SLA with 3rd party and Finance process SLA’s).
Overall Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Execution: Maintain and execute, at any time, relevant Group and Operational reporting package.
Quality: Participate in business reviews, Q&A and other measures deemed necessary from time to time to ensure Financial reporting reflect underlying commercial operation.
Analysis: Draft narratives and risk analysis (Sub’s & JV’s, Royalty and Licensees) including analysis of Trade Working Capital and operational Cash Flow.
Business Projections: Support in Forecast, Budget and PMT processes.
Business Case Simulation: Preparation (market and channel expansion) and consolidation/review (Corporate, Sub’s & JV’s) of investment proposals to investment committee.
Commercial analysis: Assist in maintain of Operational KPI reporting including Benchmarking (Internal & External) and monitoring of Partner & Licensee performance.
Onboarding New Markets: Support qualitative onboarding of New Markets.
Training/Education: Support to management and corporate functions, preparing decision support documentation and enlighten/educate business owners of correlation between decision/action and financial impact (both ad hoc and recurring analysis)
Cross Department Collaboration:
- Corporate – EVP and First line (Budget owners)
- Sub’s & JV’s – CFO’s & business controllers
Major Decision Rights:
- Define processes and templates for ad hoc reporting.
- Support business analysis and reporting (operational and ad hoc).
Knowledge requirements - Accounting, Project management, Stakeholder management, Business acumen, Business & commercial analysis.
Educational level - University degree or equivalent
Past experience - 1+ years preferably in international environment, proven track record in change project, responsible for recurring reporting including analysis to senior stakeholders, relevant retail and operational experience. Experience from commercial roles outside finance meriting
Language skills - English, additional languages meriting
